ABOUT THE FUNCTION

 

This function is responsible for planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of cleaning equipment and tools to maintain impeccably clean kitchen and restaurant equipment required to deliver a memorable guest experience.

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

 

  • Genuine service personality, with high EQ.
  • Expereince in Stewarding is a must
  • Minimum of a high school diploma is required/ College degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of one-year experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5-star hospitality company.
  • A strong command of both written and spoken English is required; additional language is an asset.
  • Dynamism, drive and acute sense of responsibilities

  • Conduct all operational tasks in Stewarding while living up to service standards and procedures.
