Armani Hotel Dubai is looking for Sous Chef - Specialty to join Armani/Ristorante Kitchen.


Essential Skills & Profile Required:


  • Diploma from culinary school or apprenticeship (or equivalent)

  • Working Experience in UAE, Overseas and advantage and preferably Italian 

  • Minimum4-6 years experience in managing and leading Culinary team in a luxury food & beverage operation
  • Extensive culinary knowledge in both classical and current culinary trends

  • Extensive experience in Multi Cuisine kitchens with show cooking

  • Experience in high volume production
  • Organised and demonstrates good planning skills
  • Ability to work and deliver results in a fast paced work environment
  • Guest Focused
  • A Team player.
  • Should have excellent grooming standards
  • First class people skills and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Excellent Communication English
